Established in 1998 by Sophocles Vlassides whose interest in wines led him to realise his lifelong dream after studying Oenology and researching and teaching in the fields of Viticulture and Oenology.

Most of its current wines are from grape varieties such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot but more recently, Vlassides has been experimenting with more indigenous varieties.
